Cancellation Policy
To ensure all our patients get the help they need, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to the appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, we do charge the full fee of the consultation. We appreciate your understanding of the matter.
Clients may cancel appointments by contacting us via phone or email (subject to the cancellation being made prior to the 24 hour cancellation period).
If an appointment has not been cancelled before the applicable cancellation period, On Point Natural Medicine Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge clients the full cost of the appointment.
If you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorise the services provider to charge to your credit card or debit card or other payment method without further reference to you an amount lower or equal to your total booking value or an amount that might be set out in the service provider’s terms and conditions.
